WHAT ARE HIVES?
HIVES are small groups intended to be a safe space to build a community, fellowship, learn about God and have a ton of laughs along the way!
We have HIVES for a bunch of different interests, and while currently starting with six, we are definitely looking forward to having more along the way. If you are wanting to form meaningful, intentional relationships while learning new skills and growing with God, a HIVE is perfect for you.
Here is a list of our current HIVES and a message from the hosts about what being in their HIVE is all about!
SALT
Host: Simi
Welcome to the SALT Hive. This hive is suited for young adults in the professional world as well as students interested in life in the workplace.
As said in Matt 5:13, if a salt loses its taste, what is it good for.
Keeping your salt in an environment full of different liquids can be difficult. Together we can navigate and help each other (because iron sharpens iron) through this phase of our lives. Discussions based on different topics and how we as followers of Christ should navigate such, especially in the workplace.
I look forward to hearing the different experiences we all have, how similar we all are and explaining why Thursday is now the new Friday.
tRIBE
Host: Clarity
Definition: a group of people who are of the same kind or have the same occupation or interest. tribe. noun.
We are TRIBE a friendship-based hive aiming to bring people together and highlight the importance of Godly counsel.
We aim to be in person as much as possible and have countless ideas for Hive socials such as TRIBE movie nights, games nights, and day trips. We are looking forward to meeting new people and building our TRIBE.
Scrubs
Host: Sam
Scrubs Hive is a community of healthcare students (eg medics, dentists, nursing students) where we have honest discussions about various ethical situations that we come across in our practices and how to deal with them as Christians within Healthcare.
Scrubs Hive is also safe place to just connect with more of your colleagues, chill out and just share your experiences (you can come to just rant lol).
So if you’re a healthcare student or just interested in healthcare, come ready to have interesting discussions about faith within medicine.
Shiloh
Host: Adanna
Have you ever wondered where to start with the Bible? How to make sense of it? Or how to develop deeper intimacy with God to the point of confidently recognising His voice?
Then Shiloh hive is where you want to be; a safe, fun, refreshing, and educative environment where you can rest (as the name implies) in the presence of God, as He reveals Himself to you through His word.
Shiloh aims to support you in developing better habits when studying the Word. Even more exciting, you also get the opportunity to support others within the hive with the knowledge and skills you acquire as you progress in your journey.

Welcome to All Stars Hive! Regardless of whether you believe Lebron is the GOAT in basketball or Ronaldo is better than Messi, our hive is for those that love sports and Christ.
Our hive offers a space where you can explore the intersection of faith and sports, share your passion with like-minded individuals, and deepen your relationship with God. Through prayer, discussions, socials, and of course, watching and playing sports, we aim to build a community that supports one on this journey of faith.

Whether you're just beginning your journey of faith or have been walking with Christ for years, we all need to strengthen our foundation to truly become established disciples.
Rooted Hive offers practical steps to help you bring God’s Word to life, and to apply it to your everyday lives to truly be living as a disciple of Christ. Through prayer, living in the Word, fellowship, and witnessing, we’ll dive deep into God’s Word, building our understanding and becoming rooted in our faith.
Our hive acts as a great addition to the MasterLife discipleship course but is open to anyone and everyone eager to deny themselves, take up their cross daily, and follow Him.
